    瘦肉切块,放入沸水汆烫洗净备用。Blanch lean meat in boiling water, wash and drain.

    把其余材料洗净后,连瘦肉及水一起放入炖盅隔水炖1小时即可。Wash all ingredients, place into pot, double boil for 1 hour.
